“I am also your daughter!”
She said this to me lying on her bed last night while I was whispering the boys’ name, patting them to sleep. Sad words, isn’t it?
Am I really neglecting my kids? Am I taking on too much time online, with Mama Patch, activities I love like baking, and such?
She loves snuggle [...]
Top: flowery cut sausages
Left: Egg sandwich with a decorative doll on top
Right: Cut apples
I almost laugh my head off when I look at my creation in the above picture. Seeing so many nice bento creation from other bloggers out there, I decided to try to make a little girl for QQ using cheese and sausage. [...]
After getting the wrong egg tart, poor hubby went to buy egg tarts again the next day. This time he got it correctly for his little girl, after rushing to renew for our car insurance. As this Mr Egg Tart has got a smoother face, I decided to play around by making some a face [...]
Kids are easily influenced. When QQ saw one of her friend brought egg tart to school for snack, she requested the same too. However hubby got her the Portugis egg tart instead of the normal ones. She was not very happy when hubby brought it back. Luckily she forgot about it the next morning, until [...]
Cut out bread skin was used to cut Kitty’s eyes and nose. For the ribbon, I add a chocolate chips in the middle surrounded by some blue and purple heart shape sprinkle. I added some little Pooh Sandwich on the left.
After getting her first Kitty Face sandwich for the first time, she wants the same [...]
Unlike most children who are afraid of lion dance, QQ fancy the Lion Dance very much ever since she was young. She has a mini head and she used to perform lion dance with her father behind her. She even stay up late at night now to watch the NTV7 local drama series just because [...]
QQ deserve a praise, her former teacher told me.
At age 5m QQ has to go to a different school building, different location (although still in the same school). It is good that their school arrange a trial for them before the school ends last year so they roughly could get use to their new school [...]
It has been so long since I wanted to post this. See how tired and tied up I am getting these days.
Despite being held at KL Convention Center, we brought our 2 boys to attend QQ’s first school concert (She demanded that Mummy MUST attend,.sigh) We rushed like mad since the jam is bad, as [...]
Progress on QQ @4years 5 months old
Yesterday was Parent’s Day for QQ so hubby was on leave. Since I have not been seeing her teacher for quite sometime (after I gave birth to the boys), I am very happy being informed that QQ has improved a lot in school.
Academic wise
It is indeed ok for me [...]
Pregnancy @ 38weeks 2 days
Just came back from a check up with my gynae at Pantai Cheras. Was told Twin 1’s head has fully effaced, cervix is thin and I am 3-4cm dilated!
Wow…if I decide to deliver with my gynae, I’ll be induced and will be able to hold my babies 3 hours from now.
Anyway, [...]
Initially when I wanted to let QQ go to school by her school van, her father was so worried and concerned about her safety. I do agree, that she is too young to board a high van to go on her own, but we do not have other choice since I’ll have 2 babies to [...]
Teacher: Do you know today we will be making burger?
Me: Oh, really? This girl did not tell me.
And she came home in the afternoon with this:
QQ: Ma, this is so easy to make. Just put the layers of egg, some vege and tomato onto the bread.
QQ: Yum….burger I made taste so nice, unlike [...]
Ever since QQ goes to school, her singing and interest in scribbling writing has improve a lot. This school does not give any homework for Yr 4 nor any book found in her bag.
At least can spare me and herself from some “homework stress”
Although I am not sure what they are actually [...]
Still remember what QQ did in school for us on the Valentine’s Day?
Her preschool held a celebration again, yesterday to mark the last day of Chinese New Year, Cap Goh Mei.
All kids from both schools (age 3-4) and (age 5-6) gathered and gave their parents a small performance. There were Lion Dance and Chinese New [...]
Last weekend we went back to Kuantan again for the anniversary prayer to my late FIL. See how much fun my little girl had there with her cousins.
First pic: She asked me to take a video caption of her with the lime tree.
Second pic: Instead of pushing her little cousin, she sat on the [...]
