There is no place like home

…..which I could not agree more.

We were so worn up during last weekend, even though it was a long 3-day holiday.

On Saturday, I had to ask hubby to fetch me all the way to 1Utama, just because I want to utilize some food coupon I have bought.

Tom Yam Mee Hoon, a signature dim sum dish at the Seong Kee Kopitiam, Taman Connaught

We all woke up so late so we had a brunch at my favourite dim sum shop at Connaught. It is quite a good time to visit Seong Kee Kopitiam in the late morning because there was no crowd. However there wasn’t much choice either since it was already by noon.

QQ with her 2ND SERVING of Char Siu Chee Cheong Fun, which she claimed is good

Gosh, this girl of mine has better appetite now and can really EAT A LOT! Can you see she is slowly gaining some weight again?

QQ doing her cupcake decor during the Maxis Roadshow

When we reached 1U, Maxis was having a roadshow to launch some home internet product. This event was quite fun because they have several different activities going in each section of the house. For instant, photography contest in the living hall, cupcake decor in the kitchen section, kids doing sand art and so on.

D’ silly 5 of us, agreed to dress up in pyjamas just because they are giving away TGV tickets

Since we had sometime to kill (so lazy to walk the whole mall nowadays), we participated in the pyjamas photograhpy contest. We did not win but we got 5pcs TGV tickets, hehe…..

Colorful Crystal Pearls which wasn’t quite colorful because everything was buried at the bottom

Lastly, we walked up to the top floor where Honeymoon Dessert was situated. It was just a very small stall outside the cinema and I kinda regretted buying the RM20 coupon (with Rm40 credit) because there wasn’t much choice from this stall like what they offer in their other restaurants :(

Maxis Family Photo -Calender

We were death tired by the time we reach home in the late evening. Kids dozed off in the car and we had to wake them up, rushing out to dinner then to the nearby Jusco in our neighbourhood because our free 4x Rm2.50 JUSCO vouchers was going to expire on that day too!

What a day where we all wished we could stay at home instead!
