Dinning at Restaurant Yakiniku
This was quite a back dated post and this happened when during the long weekend holiday of Raya Haji.

On that Monday itself, we went down to Pavillion to meet my ex-school mate who came back for holiday from Australia. It was just like the first time we talked to each other in real because we hardly remember if each of us even exist in school, hehe….of course, it was Facebook that brought us back together, after so many years….

This time I could spend as much hours as I wanted in Pavillion because I found out a cheaper parking alternative in Farenheit (I did not even know KL Plaza changed name!)
It was almost evening when we left Pavillion so we headed directly to Pandan Indah to Restaurant Yakiniku, a place which I have been waiting to go.

Charcoal Grilled on our dinning table
Over in Restaurant Yakiniku, we get to grill our own food over this charcoal stove. I just learned that they use the Japanese Ogatan Charcoal that does not produce ashes like our conventional wood charcoal. My neighbour even told me that the grilling steel does not feel hot, but I did not test it then.
Great bacon slice at only Rm5.90 / serving
It was nicely marinated and taste very good with it’s dipping sauce. But if you ask me, surely nothing can ever bet the super delicious mouth watering Kobe Beef Yakiniku I had in Kobe so many years back, which made me gained up to8kg during my student homestay for 1.5months in Japan :p

Fresh Scallop @ Rm8.90 / serving
The scallop tasted great when the butter melt on it after grilling, Yumz..yumz!

QQ enjoy grilling throughout the night
In total we had:
- 3 servings bacon
- 1 serving scallop
- 1 serving corn
- 1 serving enoki mushroom
- 1 serving tau fu pok
- 1 serving little eggs
- 3 bowls white rice
- 1 big serving spicy sour kimchi soup
Guess how much we paid for the total above? It was only Rm58.xx. Quite affordable eh?
Unfortunately the boys were asleep so they did not eat anything. Although they have the individual kitchen hood on each table , still all of us smell full of smoke the moment we turn on the air con upon entering the car. ……Eeewwwww (if you do not mind about smelling like BBQ yourself throughout the car ride)…..still looking at the bill we paid, it is certainly worth trying!

Pandan Indah? Haizzz!!! If this had been in Pavilion, I would be able to drop by. Nice food, reasonably priced. Ya…Facebook has reunited me with many old friends and it sure feels nice to get together once again.

Looks fun and nice to dine there!
wow.. 8kg in 1.5 months?! I tot Jap food is a very waistline friendly…
The yakiniku looks very interesting and yummy. But I don’t like the smell of the smoke on my body.
That’s such a good deal, but too bad Pandan Indah is a tad too far away for us to travel.
