i will wait for Mama!
Two days back, I was in super rush when one of my supplier wanted to come over to collect some cloth pads from me. I totally FORGOT to pack them the night before and when my supplier said she will arrive in another 5 minutes to collect them, I was just on the way driving the boys back home in the hot afternoon!
Knowing the boys will ask for many things like wanting to watch their favourite cartoon, snack on this and that la….I just had to tell me boys (don’t care if they can understand or not), that they must spare Kakak and I this time, because the supplier jie-jie is reaching very very soon, and Mummy will be very sad, VERY VERY SAD, if they make a fuss during this urgent moment.
And for the first time, my very demanding Korkor actually sit there to wait. Wait for Kakak to quickly helped me cut those tapes, wait for me to sort the types of pads, to be wrapped with their label individually. He just sat there quietly to wait…..AND WAIT…. telling himself, “I will wait for Mummy to finish her work, so I will watch TV later” while Didi kept on going nagging and nagged that he wanted this…THIS THIS!
Shortly after I finished my task, Korkor asked me, “Mummy, can watch Cars II now?”
*phiew*…My super fussy and sensitive-to-my-feeling Korkor is just so sweet, isn’t he?
