90% Kakak is not coming back

Well, similar cases like anyone is facing with their maid, you might say….

As expected, I received a call from Kakak this morning, saying that she cannot come back on Saturday. Reasons given are:

• Her hubby thrown away her Self Check-In slip I printed for her
• Too late to get bus/train ticket to Bandung airport tomorrow because it need to be purchased 3 days upfront

Answer I gave to her was easy:

“Eh, Tin, kalau u tak nak balik, macam mana duit you? Sekarang agent yang pegang, kalau tak balik habiskan kontrak 8 bulan lagi, rugi tau, tak dapat balik duit gaji yang awak sudah kerja penat-penat!”

Well, she then answer:

“Nanti la mem, I pikir kan cara-nya”

So, from this conversation, do you think our Kakak would turn up at this airport this Saturday? Low chance right?

To be frank, I am half hearted wanting Kakak back now. Perhaps she is gone back for good and there are better plan for my kids?

But now I am wondering if we should go and wait for her at the airport? Possible for me to check if she board on the flight from Bandung? Anyway, I was told we can call Air Asia to check if this passenger board the plane after it takes off

Our current  daily schedule

Meanwhile, I think it is just the right time to think about what I have to do with the boys. It has been 3 weeks I was not able to concentrate online. Although Mama Patch Website is ready, I do not even have time to upload and test on my website.

Each day I wake up rushing to hang the laundry (although mum helps, I can’t possibly let her do everything right?), get ready the boys before sending them to class, rush home to prepare lunch or tapau while I run errand within that 1.5 hour, then come back shower the kids (sometimes mum helps while I check and reply email, prepare Mama Patch shipping items) entertain them before they fall asleep.

During nap, I’ll have to do some easy cleaning, take in laundry (mum helps to fold), prepare and cook dinner (sometimes mum even help to wash up) before they wake up.

With the boys awake later in the evening, I can hardly concentrate on anything important. For instant, Invoicing, stock taking and such…hence, Mama Patch also on holiday now ;p

Our Contingency Plan

Mum has to leave in another few days time. The kids would have to go to daycare, so that I will have more time in the afternoon to manage Mama Patch online and to prepare dinner.

Poor kids, so they are off, going to kindi and day care probably starting from next week onwards (instead of waiting until next year) and I would have some FREEDOM again, YAY!!!

Update: Anyway, Kakak just sms to me saying that she will surely be back (for her money I guess, hahaha!)
