First movie
Hubby and I have not entered cinema to watch movie for I think at least 10 years! Not because we do not like movie, but we think that tickets to the cinema are just too pricey. What a weird couple ya, LOL!
Since the boys are already THREE, I decided it is time to plan an experience for them. For the first time, we brought the boys to the Cinema today!

*amazing, instead of look of the vehicle, the boys were going after different personalities of their chosen vehicles!
Wanted to buy through Maxis for their Buy1 Free1 promo but unfortunately I cannot do it over my phone. So instead I buy the tickets very early upfront to enjoy the early bird price, Rm9 /pax instead of Rm13/pax.
All of us woke up early as we were very excited looking forward to this outing. Smurf is out today and the whole Cinema is packed but we thought the boys would prefer Cars2. We bought some pop corn and Coke for them and they almost finish everything even before the movie starts.
The boys were quite fascinated with the cars, and especially the automobile lifts at the grand showroom in Japan. However the movie is a bit too long for them and they were impatient towards the middle of the movie.
Overall, CARS2 is a great movie and we love it ourselves!
Looks like you’re doing just fine, with or without kakak! Picnics and movies and all. Happy to know you’re coping well and enjoying yourself. Thank god for mums, rite?
I took my ah moi to watch transformer 3, but she fell asleep right after she finished her popcorns, haha, leaving me finished the movie peacefully. My boys wanted to watch Cars2, unfortunately SZ does not have 2D Cars2, brought the boys to Smurfs 3D, paid RMB90/pax, but the specs were too big for them, simply money wasted.
Yet to watch this movie..
movies are very costly hor! Normally we did not get any tix for the kids since the cinema people allowed.
My daughter saw this movie in NZ sometime ago - she loved it.
so, another movie outing for Smurf next week?
