Anyone can make their own mooncake!

Still planning what to do with your kids during this coming Raya long holiday? You might wanna consider some very easy edible “play-doh” during this beautiful Mooncake Festive season.

Pandan and Dragon fruit Bing Pi Mooncake with White Lotus filling

Anyone believe this is my first attempt?

I never like Bing Pi moon cake but able to create something so beautiful is really satisfying. Well, if you do not fancy Bing Pi mooncake or worried about ganing weight, you can also make them as gift for family and friends also.

*QQ and I are going to make more tonight as my parents are coming over tomorrow so they can bring some back to Melaka*

Mickey and Minnie Bing Pi Moon cake

Not only they are beautiful, we can shape them as we like for our kids too.

I tasted a bit and surprisingly these babies tasted super good as well (am glad the ingredients recommended was not sweet at after all).

To find out more about ingredients and mould I used (with picture I posted), you can refer to my food blog @ http://decuisine.net/2011/08/homemade-bing-pi-mooncake/
