MRTA a must?
With the recent hike of the property price, our dream to own our second house is drifting further and further. Paying for the installment monthly is already a very high commitment, and that is also if we can afford to pay. Insurance is surely a must if we buy a house now, to protect our love ones from the heavy loan burden in case anything happen to the payee. But then MRTA for our age is so high. Although it may not be compulsory for loans at all bank, do you still buy MRTA for your house, or the social security disability?

So, if you have enough life insurance coverage to cover the loan and also some extras for your family. Life insurance alone will also serves the purpose.
