Is it good to live near MRT
Property price are increasing tremendously but unfortunately not ours. Our place is situated quite a distance away from town and access from public transport. Unfortunately even the new MRT line does not pass by our area unlike my sister-in-law’s place in KL. In fact, the extended LRT line from Bukit Jalil will soon stop in front of their guard house and that cause a serious hike to their property price!
I was wondering if it is really that good living so near to the train station, you know, like noise pollution and parking problem outside your house, not to mention those cases we usually hear from FELA Railroad Injury and Train Accident Lawyer that I know.
There is always pros and cons on everything. Properties prices have gone up like crazy even here in Sabah. I can imagine the traffic near the MRT stations.
