I had Nasi Lemak for breakfast!

Horrible..horrible!!

I am actually suppose to diet on fruits and very minimal light food for 15th days according to my consultant’s plan for some reason. But as expected, I know I won’t be able to loose weight because I cannot stop eating. For instant, this morning while I was tapau-ing for my girl, I just could not resist the rendang masak kerang they have today. So in the end I bought myself a packet too, with lots of my favourite kerang instead of taking my usual breakfast, green apples shake *shake head*

Tell me la, if my mouth cannot stop eating and if I do not go for liporexall, surely it is impossible for me to loose weight liao, right?

  1. hey sambal kerang is also my top favourite in nasi lemak!!
    i hate those cereal fruit breakfast lor….so torturing!! twice a week is still tolerable for health reason but straight 15 days, life’s meaningless :(
