Finding the right present for our 7year old girl
What would you normally get for your primary school kid’s birthday ? Updated electrical gadgets ? Books? or Toys?
I asked QQ what she wants and she gave me 3 items to choose from: a Barbie / a Baby Live doll / Play Doh Set
Unlike other girls her age, she is still very childish, isn’t she? She once asked about having a new Facebook account, or an Ipad but I said, no way and she was pretty fine with my decision. Well, I am glad she is still very much my little girl and truly a very manja-one, if you have seen how she behaves when I bring her out together.
But because we could not find her the Ice-cream maker Play Doh set that she wanted, I asked her if she is ok with this Tumblin’ Monkey she said fine. She was very easily satisfied, wasn’t she?
After getting her the present, we went to TGI Friday’s for dinner and they gave us 2 Friday’s™ Sundae to celebrate QQ and her father’s birthday who falls in just a week apart.
And because we spent more than Rm80 for dinning at The Garden Mid Valley, we got another voucher for 2 cups complimentary tea from the new Gong Cha outlet.
However it was a bad mistake getting the Tumblin’ Monkey because the sticks are too sharp and dangerous for the boys. In the end, we had to keep it away and hubby still bought QQ her Play Doh Ice-Cream maker Set 
The tumbling monkeys is a pretty hot toy nowadays, lucky QQ!

I bought the cake maker play doh for my girl.. she loves it.. QQ is still a child, time will come when she asks for gadgets… happy belated birthday, QiQI
ooh my friend bought the cake maker play doh for my QQ, and always end up with me making the cake for her. and now the play doh (all 5 colors) are like belacan coz all 5 colors got mixed up together by master chef QQ!! +_+ Play doh now has a peaceful mind resting in our store room

QQ wanted a live baby doll too, which I thought was eerie! And very expensive too! Of course we did not buy.
QiQi is such a good and obedient girl

QQ is not childish at all… the things that she asked for, esp Barbie and Playdoh, are the things that I used to wish for when I was a kid (I think older than 7) but never got any

Happy birthday to QiQi again! Glad that she has finally got what she wanted. Like I said earlier, as long as she’s happy, rite? My 6-yr old also likes play dough, we got him a smaller version of the ice cream maker from Toys-R-us. Happy birthday to ur hubby, to!
We had bought our girls the play doh ice cream set, they set it aside after a few plays, I had given it away while we moved house last month..it is quite a fun toy.
