Diet or detox may sound simple to many, but definitely not easy for people who does not have strong discipline. While at the Herbalife cafe yesterday, I met one young chap who managed to shed 18kg is just 2 months! As busy body as I am most of the time, I quickly started an conversation with him and asked him how he managed to do that!

He showed me a pic of himself when he studied in UK. Gosh…. he did look like a Giant and he was so super FLABBY BIG and he said it was the result of eating 40tubes Haagen Daz during those years!

Wanting to shed off his weight badly, he only take 5 fruit shakes each day for the first one week and he only started 2 months ago. Which means, totally not eating anything else but fruits for the first 7 days!! Imagine going for a total fruit diet for 7 days!! I cannot even do it a day without a spoon of rice

I simply cannot understand how people out there can be so discipline in their diet, for instant those who successfully going through the heroin detox.
