Teviron Cloth does helps me to regulate our menses

It works! It have been months since I use this (I use only 2 pieces in one cycle) and I must say it is a MUST for every woman to own at least ONE piece. It works to regulate my menses perfectly!

The thing with Teviron, a product from Nefful, is that you need to use their detergent to wash it to retain back the negative ion into the cloth or clothing.
