Me, under nutrition??
Although I am still loosing weight, I sense that something is not very right with my health. I get sick more easily, as my immune system is very much lower. Ever since CNY, I have been almost getting very bad sore throat few times in a month. I have even taken a few shots of antibiotic this year, and it was so painful yesterday I had to see a doctor.
Did a full blood test, and I am still waiting for the result. Today I went to my Herbalife Health Consultant again, and I found out the culprit. Look at the table below with my latest measurement reading:
Weight loss, body fat and basal metabolisme age reduction is still on track although there is still a far journey for me to move on. Ahem, not bad hor…Hubby commented I look a bit smaller, but in actually weaker too
Today I sat down and discussed the result with my consultant. Then we found that serious problem, where Muscle Rate and BMR (Basal Metabolisme Rate) is falling badly, which shows a lack of nutrition on my body (that explains everything now, sigh…..)
Instead of eating wisely, I still take all kind of rubbish into my diet, with only Herbalife shake as replacement for my breaksfast. And worst still, I am eating so little now in total which includes good food because I am already eating all sorts of rubbish (you know, calorie counts and that kinda thing..)
Anyway, to counter measure that, I need to take more shakes (updated: plus fruits for the missing calories) in between to replace all the lost nutrition from my cutting down food. Now that I learned that cutting down calorie may not be a wise thing to do too, if I do not eat a more well balance diet. Sigh, betul-betul no short cut ya. Still got to watch what I put in my mouth, arrghhh!!!!
**and if you think u can just buy and drink Herbalife at home without a very good consultant (where a good one really makes a difference!) closely monitoring your weight loss progress (especially if you are not diet strict person like me who puts everything into mouth), you better be careful oooo…!





my friend told me Herbalife very good but the drink is very yucky. All the best to you ! And take care too….
Oh sound very complicated to me. Hmm can stop for 1-2 weeks have normally diet and then continue again??

Just a piece of advice.Pls be careful when replace your meal with shake, as this is not suppose to be a long term solution.We are suppose to eat proper food and not skip meal and drink shake..In the end your body and health will suffer due to not enough nutrition.Once in a while drink shake due to bz schedule should be alright ,but for everyday i dont think so cos ur body just cant get nutrition from only Herbalife shake.
i was very sickly too every time i go on diet. since i started eating balance food; more vege n fruits. i hardly fall sick. i still believe the best way to loose weight is by exercising. u take care ya.

im actually very happy & envy with yr weight loss…how nice if i can achieve that too but alas….
but on d oth hand, yr health should not be at the expense… that’s too much a price to pay for!!

I think do not rely on that what u call the Herbalife shake for long, regular exercise & fresh food is more reliable

Hi dear, I echo what most of the readers said here. The only way to gain muscle mass & BMR is by exercising and eating balanced diet. It is ok to take Herbalife once in a while when you are too busy to prepare a good meal, but definitely not a few meals a day, everyday. Take care.

i think now that u hv reduce quite a bit, u shd take a break & gain back yr energy! remember, yr kids need you to be energetic, lol

My health is failling too. So was interested in your piece.
But…how to ensure proper nutrition? Don’t you take in the normal rice (a bit), meat and vege and some fruits ? What else to is considered good nutrition?
