Loosing more weight

Although I am still eating what I like, I am more discipline when it comes to the quantity and the sequent of dining. My achievement chart as below since I started taking Herbalife in mid November 2010.

Hehe…although not quick like many people who discipline well in their diet, I am still very pleased with my achievement. A reduction of 5.5kg may be a lot in just 4 months, but the problem with me is that I still have 8kg to go (I hope I can consistently replacing one of my main meal with just fruit shakes instead of just breakfast.

To tell you a secret, the only way to loose weight is to be at least 10 years younger than your real age in your Basal Metabolisme Age (body organ age). People with Metabolisme Age of 24-29 can hardly gain weight just like when we were in our teens or twenties. Frequently doing exercise is one good way to maintain a healthy body (internal organ) and that is why people frequently exercise has very low Metablisme Age and do not gain weight like some of us do. Unfortunately exercise is totally out for me, hence I got to reply on Herbalife to reduce mine. And the best part with herbalife (plus a very good coach who is doing bsn online, that’s the reason I failed previously), is I get back my body shape slowly too.

Surely I am motivated to quickly loose more weight especially when I see those slim sexy looking nurse in their pretty white uniform who attend the nursing college while doing their bsn online near my house area.

But good food is one thing I seriously cannot avoid in my life, hence I have to eat very wisely. I still remember once HN told me, keep only stomach for food you really wanting to eat and not everything.

I hope with the progress now and health concern in mind, I can get back to my pre-pregnancy weight by end or early next year so that I can fit into a nice Nyonya Kebaya for my dear brother’s Baba-Nyonya Style Wedding dinner and dance!

    I have been wanting to ask u for a long time. How do u calculate your Basal metabolisme age? Is it calculated by a machine?

  4. wow..bravo!! I wish i loose that much of weight. even with jogging and controlling of food, i’m still the same *swears*. eh how u calculate that weight and come out with this chart?

  5. U managed to shed off the kilos! Jia yew ok! 1 interesting fact from your post is ppl who exercise frequently has very low Metablisme age hence do not gain weight easily. I’m in that category but MINUS out the exercise part, coz I don’t! and yet still having an overly lidi size body @_@
