Loosing weight extremely slowly (and steady)
I weight myself this morning and I found out that I am another 1kg lighter and another year younger in my metabolisme age now (from 48 to 44 now!) However the journey is extremely slow but steady, moving like a turtle.
Method use: Daily breakfast with Herbalife fruit shakes once or twice a day completely with NO exercise.
If I have been very discipline, I would have lost more kg by now and would have fit into a cheong sam this CNY. But seeing at my lousy eating habit (I still eat all sorts of forbidden foods that is deep fried, oily and such), I foresee at least another 10 months for me to reach my ideal weight. In another words, nothing to shout about since I am still 10kg overweight as of now, *booo..* on me! I think I ought to take a good diet pill if I want a quick result hor…
But I am glad that I am at least eating healthily once a day now. Perhaps I should target next year CNY instead to fit into a nice cheong sam ya…..




I think more important is, you are still loosing weight despite no exercise and eating those oily food!

Well done! Drastic weight loss not good for the body also. Try to squeeze in some exercise lor. I find that it really helps improve one’s mood as well.
