My diet plan…

….is almost going down into the drain again. I think I have a funny body system. Initially Leptin coffee works on me. While taking it for the first few weeks, my appetite goes down so much that I can eat very little each meal. Thus I loose weight easily. Unfortunately it only last for about a month. Despite continuing drinking a sachet of Leptin Coffee each morning, I notice my appetite slowly goes up and I have the urge to eat my normal portion (which is not really a good sign).

Since nothing in the market can really help me (I tried Positrim, Herbalife, Leptin), I decided to make an effort on my diet. Instead of eating unhealthy “Malaysian breakfast”, I make my own healthy breakfast now, feasing on only fruit and vege juice. I also mix with some yogurt drink to flavour my juice and sometimes add a few spoons of instant Quaker Oats for a fuller stomach.

Thanks to tips from many friends, I learned to make natural yogurt made using fresh milk and fresh fruits / Dalfour Jam using the easy conventional method. Good replacement for their daily Yakult or Calcium from supermarket shelf, which I think is too sweet and contains of too much artificial flavoring. Make more in a covered container and keep them for days in fridge (make sure you have good refrigerator filters to retain everything fresh in your fridge)

I am not sure if my effort above would enable me to shed off more unwanted weight but at least I am taking more effort to live more healthily for myself and my family :)

  1. I have 1 more healthy recipe to share with u. My hubby tried this before and he did slim down, slowly. But he gotto travel quite often lately, so didn’t really take it diligently :P

    1 passion fruit
    1 orange
    1 green apple
    1pc of celery/siew bak choy

    just blend all together. best to take the sisa too, don’t throw away. coz with the sisa, you’ll feel full later. take this in the morning with empty stomach. at nite can take again too, as dinner.

    passion fruit is a must. other fruits, u may replace with carrot, timun, nenas, honeydew, etc. quickly finish all once you have blend them.
