Juicing for my breakfast

Remember I wrote that all my diet plan doesn’t work? Now I created my own diet method, juicing for healthier breakfast, making good use of my superb and cheap Philip blender (FOC from credit card redemption) which I have kept for many years.
Juicing is so easy, and I only have to throw 3-4 (sometimes even more) types of vegetables and fruits into my blender. Yes, blend and finish up all the pulp as well. It works just as good as any acne product that works for a prettier complexion.

- Vegetables I tried adding are: Celery, Japanese timun, Carrot, Bittergord
- Fruits I tried are: Pineapple, Apple, Orange, Lemon, Banana, Passion, Grapes, Papaya
I read about the benefits of bitter gord. Best combination for bitter gord juice I have tried so far is [bittergord+green apples+ asam boi+some honey]. I love the taste of Passion fruit in my juice too, especially after the tiny seeds are blended.
- Other things I sometimes add to my juice are: Oats, Yogurt, Fresh Milk
Since I am using this method as my breakfast replacement, I also add 2 Tablespoon of Quaker Oats for a fuller tummy besides so many fruits in it.
See the Forklifter in the picture? You see, each time I put things on the floor next to my main door for photography purpose, my boy will automatically bring a toy for display along, asking me to take their toys’ picture!

Besides diet plan, I have also learned that having a WEIGHTING SCALE at home is definitely a MUST! Initially I wanted to get the best Digital Scale currently in the market, (Tanita BC-451) which can also measure Body Fat, Body water, Metabolic Age and Muscle Mass. Cheapest I can find is Rm350 but thinking of the trouble of switching it on and off, not to mention got to wait each time I wanna step on it, I rather get this cheap one from the pharmacy. Only Rm50, I can even stand on it a few times a day each time I go into my store room to pick something. LOL!!!

My naughty Korkor asking me to take a picture of him with his toy car. His face sebiji macam his father right?

[...] I decided to stop it immediately and control my weight regularly. And that’s how I started on fruit+vege diet for breakfast recently. Instead of a bowl of rice, I only take half bowl (or 2 spoonful now). It becomes easier [...]
Memang SEBIJI! lol… fruit diet sounds healthy enough. I once tried juice diet for 3 whole days just to clean my system and I like it. But never got the ’strength’ to do it again though
yummy juice…
it is also great to clean up your system
Wah very healthy wor. Does your children take the juice also?
Your boy is so cute, ask you take pic of his toy. LOL!
Very healthy wor, hope you able to slim more more.
Ya my mom tried that Leptin b4, it’s really works but she gain back after she finish 2 boxes. I guess need to continue and slim more b4 and self control of her diet also.

i’m sure no problem to visit the toilet everyday right…
if i had a maid now, i will juice everyday. but no maid..so nobody clean up.
For a moment I thought the forklift is part of what that goes into the blender for that something extra lift that you need …hahahahaha
bitter gord too, wah.. that is healthy… may be I should start a juice diet too, for breakfast, I eat way too much for breakfast… if I am not careful, and somemore during winter months, i can gain weight like nobody biz….
hehe, chinnee, my son also same, he’ll sure wanna kacau me with his toys or bag or just anything belong to him. Then I need to filter the photos later.
Wah, I really salute you that you are a health conscious person. As for me, I don’t have the energy to make and blend fruit juice at home, cukup sekadar spend time to cook dinner during weekends.
Good to read that you have now become a health freak! Eh, exercise lar, sure can lose weight wan
I salute ur determination and creative streak in order to loose weight
Ever since I’ve weanned off my gal, my weight has increased (coz bfeeding stops but appetite remains the same!) I’ve been procastinating to do something about my diet…. reading ur post makes me feel guilty.. I better DO something about it!
Eating healthy is not easy ya. The time to prepare and not to mentioned the courage to swallow them! haha….i dare not try the bitter guord. I know they are very very bitter….but with your recipe, maybe add with honey and asam boi might make it tastier. I’m still eating carbs…..:(
Ha ha…. so cute that kor kor brings out his toy cars to take photo too.
I never thought of adding oats. Thx for the tip!
It has been aged that I didn’t see you!!! Did you really put on weight? Or, you just want to have a healthy food :)? Your kor kor really photogenic lor
It’s good that you are able to take the pulp as well. As for me, I use a juicer instead cos I just can’t swallow the pulp
Most of the time, I just eat them fresh… “blend” with my own teeth. Senang nd no need to wash up hehe.
what a good start…looks healthy, hope u’ll success & inspire me….haha
anyway, i also tried to replace my lunch…at least eat 1 meal less a day better not doing nothing lor
Now i know why you say a digital scale very mah fan. I actually bought a basic digital scale which does not have any of those features you mentioned. And, I like it very much coz each time I weigh myself, I can see the 0.3 or 0.5 difference! It is really motivating to see a slight drop every now & then *hehe*
I have a juicer too, juicing is always easy. The hard part is washing.
