Broga Grilled Fish
I read that Broga is most famous for their Grilled Fish. Although there are many many restaurants around the town, this particular one is most difficult to find.
We actually went up to Sek Na Tuk 3 times to and fro, but we just cannot find this place until later then (good we did not give up earlier). Situated down the dangerous slope down the road on the left of Sek Na Tuk Temple ,you won’t believe that there is one so famous restaurant is situated in there.

To reach the restaurant, you actually have to drive in the narrow road on the left of the temple. It was scary as the winding road was too narrow for 2 cars, and if you make a miss, you can really fall down into deep into the valley!

Pusat Memancing Ikan Broga
Although situated so deep inside, we are surprise to see that almost each table is occupied. In fact, there are many BIG cars inside.
We are very lucky yesterday as there isn’t huge crowd and long waiting time like weekends (where they park their cars all the way in from the entrance of the pond). Now that I know that such crazy crowd exists, I would not dare or want to drive into this place on weekend!
Place to bakar their fish with charcoal

Salted Grilled Fish
I ordered this for the kids since they cannot take anything spicy. Although it is plain, the grilled fish smells simply aromatic.

Signature Dish - the Chilli Padi Sauce Fish
I love this and the light sauce is just so nice to go with my white rice. But hubby said it was too spicy for him so my maid and I had this for ourselves while hubby shared the kids’ fish ;p

Besides fish, you can also order brinjal and lady fingers (which can be grilled in many way), there is nothing else you can order . I saw each table order at least 3-4 types of fish. How I wish we come in a bigger group so I can try out their Asam / Nyonya / Tomyam / Mushroom / Black Pepper Grilled.
It cost us Rm49 for 2 packs grilled fish, 1 pack grilled lady finger, 3 plates rice and 2 can coke. Not very expensive, and yet it is not cheap either.

I pass by Rabbit Fun Land each time I balik Hubs hometown. Heard bout this Ikan Bakar place but never been there
