Sleeping territory fight

Sounds similar over at your place too?

Helping Mummy to rock his other half to sleep

At only age 2, can you believe that my twin boys now fight over little their sleeping territory now?  They are put to sleep side by side, but when one move over to another’s territory, the other one will protest and start to cry. They even fight over a bolster a moment ago which I walled between them in case they kick each other in the middle of the night (they still do, anyway with the bolster nowhere to be seen by morning).

Well, I remember this only happened to me and my sister when we were around teenage years, sharing on a queen size bed.

In another incident this evening, both boys were dancing and jumping on bed. Then they both proudly asked Kakak to look at them. Out of sudden, both lost their control and accidentally banged each other on head. So mad with each other, Korkor said sternly to Kakak in mandarin, “Kakak, kan Korkor tiao wu, pu yao kan Didi” (look at Korkor dance, don’t look at Didi) while Didi said the same thing to Kakak too!

Boy, argument starts at only age of 2! Although much smaller in size and lighter in weight, my 2 Bumbo Boys definitely have grown up a lot, thanks to tones of prenatal vitamins that was prescribed during my pregnancy.

  1. Hahaha kids! Hey get them 1 bolster each la. :) Surprisingly my 2 kids do not fight over their sleeping territory. In fact, they both love to sleep on my King size bed. Because they can play before sleeping.

  2. hey u can still laugh over the fights at this age so better enjoy them before u turn into a monster LIKE ME when mine fights for every single thing udr the sun :(

  3. haha Bumbo Boys are fighting their territory. How about you separate them into 2 territory eg. 2 mattress.

  4. haha some kungfu acts of the boys on bed :-)
