Detox with supplement
A friend of mine recently introduce me the way to detox with Amway supplement by using the formula below:
Ingredients:
- fiber - 5 tablets
- calcium magnesium- 9 tablets
- Bio C Plus - 10 tablets
- B Complex - 5-10 tablets
- One lemon
How to do: slice lemon and pop everything into a big tumbler. Let the tablets dilute and add more water. Total water to drink for a day should be 3 litter (too bad I only manage to drink about 2L). Detox should be done continuously 7 days, each month.
Verdict: Today is my 3rd day, and I don’t really like the funny taste. Therefore I added 2 big spoonful of honey to make them taste better. Urine color is more yellowish than usual (sign of detox eh?)
My mum said there are other alternative to do detox too. Make fruit juice? Nah…I am too lazy to do that everyday. Perhaps you can also check out with what’s available at the home medical supplies online for available detox program.
Urine color like that coz u r taking vit c and b a lot! That’s expensive urine! huhu…
My detox plan is drinking vege+fruit juice for 1 week. More complete to clean our body. But with twin around, forget about it! Cozduring the detox period, may be u will feel more tired.
So many tablets!!! No wonder the drink has a funy taste :-).
I did detoz only once in my entire life (shame!!!) for 3 days on vege juice only… I nearly died…
So much tablets (= chemicalssss) how to detox? Allisia is right, your urine is yellow is because of all those tablets.
If you want to detox, go the natural way, with fruits & vege.
i cant take what u hv wrote here … must b weird , even some of the “green” faber is hard to drink too .. so i take detox tea to detox myself, but for long run, not sure izit good or not …. O.o
oh gosh, just by reading this i feel like my body is a garbage bin.. full of toxin!
i’m lazy to do juice too but i simply love them … hmmm… any easier way ah?

Those vitamins will dilute meh? The one I heard of is to blend them. But with more diff supplements that you have mentioned above.
the yellow urine is caused by B complex. I personally do not think this is a good way to detox. Perhaps taking fruit juice and fibers is better. I also heard that Juvanex is not bad too, it also detoxes your liver. We often forget the rubbbish that build up in our livers from the pollution and medication we are exposed to.
