Plantar Fasciitis relief
I started to feel pain on my left heal last year and it does not goes off until today. Unlike those days, I can’t really walk much anymore. Each time I go shopping, I hope to quickly get over with our purchase and quickly go into the car so I can rest my heal.
The pain becomes so unbearable until I had to see a doctor. Guess what, I am surprised when the doctor told me I am having plantar fasciitis already, at such young age! He gave me some pills to loosen the muscle, but after that, the pain comes back again. According to my doctor, I’ll need a jab, and probably only one, if I am lucky.
Sigh…how unfortunate to have legs pain at such young age, just like my grandma, who needs joint pain relief at very young age too.

that jab got any side effect ka?

I had the jabs for both my heals almost ten years ago.
Since then the pain never come back again!

Your grandmother could try joint juice. I am young but have some bad knees. It has been helping.
