Where I have been?
Notice I have been missing away from blog, from facebook for days already? I miss my blog, I miss chatting with my blogging friends, I miss my children, I miss baking, I miss my life during this crazy one week Mama Patch anniversary sale. Or perhaps I am not efficient enough? Really can’t believe how lousy I am!
It certainly isn’t easy to run an online shop, especially in a one-man-show business, plus so many distraction from home. So if you ask me if I wanna run a big business and be a Big Si-Tau-Poh…err….NO..more more. I changed my mind. I told hubby, I would rather just let Mama Patch stay small and exclusive as it is now, and it is already enough to keep me busy. Am just happy where I am, doing a little here and there, to keep myself occupied while still being able to spend some time with the kids.
So, no more dream of business expansion, as I do not wish to die of exhaustion since I do not have a good coverage of whole life insurance to protect me. Not at least at the moment when my children still needs me ya…*shake head*….what a weak woman I am!
Just build the brand and customers… wait till yr boys are all grow up and enter school, you can expand the biz and be a big si tau poh… you can do it.
Perhaps it is not the right time to expand your business now, with your boys still so young… wait till they’re much older/schooling or when the right opportunity comes along
you’re not a lousy mom or inefficient. you’re doing a lot already and you’re one determined mom to get her business going. i totally respect that and i strongly believe that when the time comes, mamapatch will be bigger than you ever imagined it to be.

I feel exactly like you too Chin Nee. Sometimes I feel like giving up, from exhaustion. It really ain’t easy being a one-leg-kick si tau por… and si tau por to 3 young kids. I’ve neglected so many things in my life now, sigh… what to do, need to earn a little income too :S
Don’t scare me, I’m trying to seriously look into starting something.
