Nuffnang and Friso Gold Family Day at Kidsports (updated)
Thanks for notification from my chat pal, Molly, I got to know about this family day organised by Nuffnang. A few hours before the closing, I send in my blog entry and am very happy that our family got the invite too to Kidsports (also the first time for the boys since it is so expensive to go to Kidsports nowadays….)
Instead of 9 something, the boys woke up extremely early this morning at 6 something and I thought…NOOOO!!!! as they were going to ruin our outing schedule.True enough, they got cranky and went back to sleep by 9pm
Since there was nothing hubby and I could do but sneaked out the house for breakfast for a while.

Since they were still so soundly asleep and we were already running late late (the function starts at 10am), we woke them all up by 10aam. Thanks to the busy traffic, we only manage to reach 1U by 11.30am. The boys really had a great time playing in the pool of balls.

Since it was very noisy outside (older kids were playing bursting balloons), we went into baby’s play room and the boys continue to play there. Unfortunately Korkor tripped over while running and hit on his nose until it bleeds…(hahaha…my clumsy boys, as usual…)

Soon after that, they were calling out for lunch and all parents brought their kids to be seated. Each kid was served with a plate of spagetthi, a fat cheese bun, a slice of very sweet banana cake, fruit salad and a pack of orange juice. Very nice heh…but I see lots of food wastage as most kids were too young to finish their big serving. To avoid wastage, I think most parents gobbled down their kids unfinished food to prevent wastage, (yes, GOBBLED everything as quick as possible down the throat as most of us had to start chasing our impatient-and-eager-to-play kids). On top of that, there was also food for the adults too (I can’t remember what was there as I was too busy with the kids).

Isn’t it feel so good when we see familiar faces? It’s Cynthia and her princess Breanna!

And another pretty mummy blogger, Merryn whom I met for the first time. Besides them, Molly, Moon and Ling were also there. So great that we finally met! Isn’t it wonderful to attend such event?

Luckily not all my children born shy….*phiew*. At least I can see that my boys are much more outgoing as compare to their “always-hide-inside-shell” sister. When everyone gathered for the magic show performance, and while waiting, I can just get them out to join dancing games in front of many eyes. They even got 2 bottles of Dutch Lady yogurt drink each me and their sister

Although they did not win, at least they dare to walk forward to stranger, unlike my girl. Thanks to Nuffnang and Friso, I wish there will be more of such event for us parents and kids. As parents, not only we get to catch up and share about everything (from blogging to parenting) with other parents, and what’s best, our kids get to play and exercise their little limbs! Kidsports is such a good venue to hold such event.
By 2pm, they announced the Grand Price (family a trip to Disneyland Hong Kong) to the best blog post and it was won by http://mombloggersplanet.com/. Congratulations!

By 2.30pm, the event ended. Each family were given a gift pack comprise of a big tin of Friso Milk Powder, a towel, a row of yogurt frink and some writing pads. Shiok eh?
