Attended the MJ Parenting Circle 2009

On Sunday, we all waked up early for the Parenting Circle organised by the Mead Johnson at Crowne Plaza Mutiara KL. We were very lucky to be invited to their annual functions since the birth of QQ and I must say admit that I look forward for their invitation card every year. QQ and I even appeared in their corporate video once at their company anniversary and annual dinner.

As far as I remember, this function started off with a very small group of mummies (Chanel, Wai Han, Liz, Sharon, Pek Imm, Josephine and a few more). If I remember correctly:

• 2004 (Eastin PJ) - my first year attending and that’s where a bunch of us met. Since QQ was still very small, I left her with nanny and went there only with hubby.
• 2005 (Mutiara Hotel, formerly KL Hilton) - that when I met Hui Sia before she moved to China. Correct, HS?
• 2006 (New Hilton KL) - the only thing I remembered is food there is REALLY GOOD, hehe…
• 2007 (New Hilton KL)
• 2008 - I could not attend as I was just after confinement with the twins
• 2009 (Crown Plaza Mutiara KL) - this year we went with 3 kids

Each year, they invite the Child Educator and speaker, Jennifer Hor, to give out talk to the parents while the kids will be entertained by their staffs with play, video, craft activities in the playroom. Besides treating it as a gathering for us old friends, the next best thing is the good food (obviously I am going to need the fat burner again)

As years go by, more and more mummies members are invited  and I think this year, there are easily a few hundreds of members attended. Nice seeing you again, Pek Imm, Chanel!
