Hairless twin boys

“You think we got potential to be as famous as Michael Jackson or not?”

Korkor at 12 months

  • Weight: Only 8.25kg, Height: 72cm
  • Has 4 bottom teeth and 4 upper teeth
  • Still creeping most of the time
  • Stand and cruise, but not very steadily
  • Could say mum-mum Ma-ma, Pa-pa and today Tak-tak (Kakak!)

“Excuse me, bro, but I though we both look far more handsome!”

Didi at 12 months

  • Wight: Only 8.15kg, Height: 75cm
  • Has 4 bottom teeth and 4 upper teeth
  • Has been crawling and cruising well
  • Only loves calling Ma-ma

Punk hair twin boys only have hairs in the middle of their head. Not sure why, they are still almost hairless and all hair only grows in the middle of their head. Look at their nice hair style. Even our discount ceiling fans at home also cannot blow down their punk hair :)

At their 2nd pnuemmococal jab yesterday (we were poorer by Rm560 again this round visit), their weight and height was found below average (chart slopping downward). Doctor was a bit concern and asked to do a blood test to check on their iron deficiency. Bills on jabs are already too high so I though it is not neccessary to do the test. Furthermore, insufficient in iron is normal for breastfed babies, right?

  15. cute boys! yup, all those jabs r really costly. :(

  16. Ur boys looked handsome…I do read somewhere before that twins can have lower weight…

Mine is 11kg at 12 mths…but cos his original birth weight is 4.24kg..so nurse said is normal growth..or good progress..

As for iron deficiency..Chinnee..this is also my big concern as being vegetarian we have to pay more attention on this..so what I did is to add kelps in porridge, soups, noodles whenever I cook fod them ;) perhaps u like to try too..it’s very good for us as breastfeeding moms too…yummy kelps..with miso( just like Japanese soups)

    Cheers mommy and boys!

  17. As long as they are healthy, their weight should not be too much of a concern, right? YY has always been below the lowest percentile in height and weight for her age but her paed is not worried at all. Nice meeting you yesterday at FM, though just briefly. Actually, I wasn’t sure if you’d recognise who I was :-)

  19. cutie boys…
Ariel hasn’t take any pneumococal jab yet…

  20. I have iron supplements for myself (hardly eat any meat) and the little girl. Children who doesn’t eat a lot of meat, tend to be lethargic and immunity system is always low. The iron supplement comes in liquid form with berries extract so they do not get constipate. Needless to say — it is one expensive product being “organic”. The girl only eat rice and soup. Hardly any meat — in fact she refuse. Only eat certain fish. So no choice!

  21. Weather vy hot now, less hair better. :D

  22. Tried typing my comments twice but both times didn’t work - ok one last try.

  23. OMG.. beckham hair le.. CUTE CUTE..

  24. As long as healthy, I think thin a bit never mind la. Better than overweight right? When they can eat rice (to replace the porridge), still can catch up on the weight.

  25. LOL.. their hair are so cute!

  26. My son was 8.1 kg at 12 months old. His paediatrician said his weight gain is gone case already For that, the paed asked to let him drink Pediasure for 3 months. And within half a month, his weight increased by 500 g. But Pediasure is expensive loh, 900g for RM53.90 ( in Chinese medicine hall), in Carrefour one time got offer at RM49.99, then later Giant offer at RM48.99.

  27. hahaha….my xavier also a hairless boy. The weight is quite under weight le… give them more suppliment.

  28. wah the jab is pricey..that is why we only take jabs at government clinic, better and totally free
