Boys Birthday celeb in Melaka
Although busy, it was a fun month. I baked Tomica little cookies as party favors for the kids. Tedious job to do as they are really tiny. Stamping the mould on the shaped cookies really testing our patience. Luckily QQ could help and with maid’s help, all little cars and van was neatly packed and given out.
Hubby was on leave so we went back to Melaka a day earlier. Went to the famous Ikan Bakar at Muara Sg.Duyong on Friday night. Although the place is fully booked and ambience is good, we were quite dissappointed as the food does not taste as good as the old stall in Serkam.
On Saturday night, we had a small catering just to accomodate relatives from my father and mother side. It was a great reunion for the family members. See how tall is my younger brother now who is also working in Singapore. My poor little brother did not come back as he was stucked with his study till late evening on Saturday. Time flies and cousins that I played with during my younger days are all mother and father now.
Just a normal butter cake from my all-time-favourite bakery shop in Melaka, Tai Tee. Just one birthday cake shared by both the boys. I think I ate most the this cake, no a single dab of buttercream is wasted, yummy! You can imagine how much weight I have gained in this one month, and how seriously I need my mesothelioma pills again.
Boys with their pressies. It was such a hot day that I dragged them to take a quick bath the moment everyone left the party and let them play again with the presents. It was a long and tiring but great day for all of us.

Miche could not make it for the party as David had to work. On Sunday Miche came over to send the boys their present. Even their first pair of soft sole was from Miche’s blog winning too (which I personally love), thanks my dear friend!
