Didi goes “Pak…”, Korkor goes “There..”
It is indeed much fun to play with the boys now.
And Didi made me laugh like mad yesterday when breathed and panted heavily in and out, trying to blow a whistle but in the end all the air came out from the side of his mouth!
Words from the boys
Besides able to call “Mama” and “Mum-Mum”, the boys love calling out their favourite words each day. For Kor-kor, it would be “There…there”, pointing here and there. As for Didi, he loves to say “Pakk..Pakk..” He goes “Pak…errr…”, “Pak..errr….” when I teach him to how say “Butt..terfly…”
Weight gained
Weight: Didi is 7.9kg and Korkor is 8.1kg
Obviously no weight gained from previous
Teeth: Didi 4 (with another 2 coming) and Korkor 3 (with another 1 coming)
At 10month+ now, they are taking solid near to 2~3 times per day. Not sure if they are being underfed, they really have very big appetite. Whenever they see us eating, they would start going “mum..mum” and come forward, wanting a few bites from us. As young as only 10month-old, they have tasted ice-cream, all kinds of noodles, Mc D and even Nasi Lemak!
I am very tempted, and still keep trying to supplement them with formula, however still fail miserably. I am pretty concern of their small size and since they are not gaining weight, I get even more worry.
However, I am grateful that my babies are perfect, or almost perfect, if not 100% perfectly. They obviously seems to grow intellectually, and no sign of having brain damage or whatsoever despite having tyroid problem when they were born and now low iron problem. Not easy to become a mum right, frequently having so much to worry a little here and there.

wow, nasi lemak somemore!! geng!
wow, they know how to speak already? good job!!! Did the doctor said they are small in size? don’t worry so much…as long as they are healthy
Their speech is developing very fast huh… before long you’ll be chasing after them already… especially didi
10 months called mama?! sai lei!!!
Haha…I also sometimes worry I underfed my baby, because after a bowl of porridge, she will still comes forward to us requesting for food. Especially when we are having dinner, she will not let us eat in peace until we put something into her mouth!
hahahaaha last time my gal’s fav word is also “pak err” whenever we say to her lizard or ant. you also worry your boy’s weight ka..i know exactly how u feel. I’m STILL worrying about my gal’s weight too…sigh…
Zuleyka can say “Mam-mahh” and “Aab-bahh”. I’m guessing that’s Mama & Abang (Amsyar, her fave brother, i guess). I know her least favourite brother is her “twin”, Armand. He is just so rough with her lah. Zuleyka’s face can turn from happy to frowny when she hears him coming near her.
BTW I think KorKor and DiDi development are much better than Zuleyka’s! She is still so lazy to stand up. Stand up for a while then cry and cry. So manja. She still can’t sit on her own. Sometimes when I prop her, not even a minute and she’ll “tumbang”. SO different from her brothers. *sigh*
not to worry about the intelligence part, i read somewhere that twins are generally more intelligent than singletons as they always have a partner(soulmate) that they can rely on to compete with and to copy.
wow….. so fast can speak already !!
Next time Didi say, “Pak”, Kokor say, “tor”
Toddlers are all the same. They like to eat when seeing somebody (someone he/she know) eating….
wow nasi lemak at 10mths? looks like they like to eat alot hehe
they are growing VERY well…. n their speech too.. philip is still very slow in his speech.
I think boy generally eat a lot. Mine also same here. Whenever he see us eating, will come forward eyeing on our food and says “Mum mum… mum mum…”.
Btw can give rice with so little teeth? I’m a little tempting too.
Wahhhh can call you already - so smart!! Mine can only say there, ta ta.
nasi lemak!! wahhh…..
wow 2 boys ate so much outside food already ah? i recently offered kfc mash potatoes to jayden, without gravy of cos, they are full of fat!
good that u are adventurous with food for the 2 boys!
jayden also likes to say mama, go go and mam mam now!
i think as long as they are healthy that’s the most important thing.
Yup, definitely not easy to be a mum. Your boys are heavier than my Baby C. She has lost so much weight now
