Busy CNY
Happy Chinese New Year!!!!!
Updating from my mum’s home, Melaka.
During the last week prior to CNY, I was already baking like a mad woman, rushing to complete some cookies for my own home, hubby’s home in Kuantan and some pineapple tarts for my mother. Audrey and I even attempted to make some Bak Kua (dried meat). See the outcome on my decuisine blog. Time is really limited and I could not even bake enough to give to my BIL and SIL.
We went back to Kuantan last Friday. Journey back was a bliss as we departed in the wee mornings while the babies are still sleeping. We then came back to Melaka on the 2nd day of CNY, but journey back was a bit tiring as the babies woke up early and wailed in the car.
I will update more photos later when I go back home tomorrow. Going to do some visiting soon today, hoping to catch up with some old friends and relatives whom I have not seen for years.
i can imagine how busy you are. For me, i am completely no time to do visiting. Having to take care both of my gen-X, it takes up all my time!!!
