Bumbo boys

I just got a Bumbo chair from my neighbour and look at how adorable a baby can be when he is being placed in there!
Too bad I only manage to borrow one so the boys will have to rotate sitting in Bumbo and the bouncinet while playing. I do thought of getting another one but, Ahh…. not that they can sit for more than 10minutes each time!

Motor skill acquired
They love to grab things and put into their mouth. According to Seet, she said they might be teething early (wow, at 4 months???) I scared they will start to bite me if they have itchy gums!
Diet
Only breastmilk. I am so tempted to feed them with some fruits like scrapped apples or mashed banana seeing that they do not really grow much in size with just my bm. But doctor advise me to wait for another month until they reach 5 months to start on rice cereal.
It is so nice to see that they are getting bigger now. Soon we will be able to travel again and the first place hubby wants to visit is our local “vegas hotel“.

my girl is now 21mths n still sitting on the bumbo hehe… usually during her meals or wen she watch tv she will sit on her bumbo…. value for $ hehe
The bumbo seat is pretty expensive and htank god I did not buy it cos once i saw the double turn on his head, I know this will turn out to be a lil monster .. cant sit still one. I was rihgt!
I know I can never let Baby C sit on a Bumbo coz she’s the type who can’t sit still. Your boys are really cute. My baby’s weight went up reaaaaally slowly after the 3rd month. She’s only 6.8kg at almost 7mo. My dr said “ok wat… you want her to be obese ar?”
Babies do look ‘different’ when they’re sitting upright. Look extra cute.
Hmm.. I think you worried too much about their weight?? I think they looked chubby enough!! My girl drank only 80ml of breastmilk till 10mth..I had problem producing more milk but luckily my girl is a small eater ;p And yes! it will be better to start semi solid food when they are 5mth old.
Morning. They looked so cute. My Ryan has just turned 5 months 2 days ago. We have got a Bumbo chair from a friend in Singapore recently too. He looked so cute when he sits on it and you are right, the longest he will stay seated is 15 minutes….Will be putting some of his pictures of him in the Bumbo chair. Checked it out at my blog.
Oh so cute! Going to take my boy for check up only later this week. Quite anxious to know if he has gained some weight as he did not gain weight during last month check up.
ur boys are really CUTE! i think we moms are really obssessed wth our kids put on weight or not, while the doc will tell us “ok wat”….

I think not to start so early with solid foods to them as their intestine is still
fragile.
I start with my son at the age of 8 mths…
Teething early is normal nowadays..My sil’s daugther teething at 3 mths+..
Doctor say maybe consume too much of calcium during mummy’s pregnancy

Every doctor have their different opinions, as long as you feel comfortable
with your own doctor …
Not to surprise bb could teething @ 4 mths. My gal teething @ 5 mths, maybe your macho boys could be faster
just wait for another month, actually they both look chubby for me, hehe, i think they really get enough nutrients from mommy’s milk.

dun worry abt they bite you, u shd worry if they bite each other esp. fragile part like ear, finger & etc…..

ahhhhh…they are getting so adorable!! hey, don’t buy the bumbo cos from my experience, the child could only sit until he/she is around 7 mths. Ashley was pretty active and it’s quite dangerous to let her sit in chair as she wanted to stand up or get out of the chair.
no need worried on the weight…let me grow up on their own…

Trust all the mama here, breastmilk is still the best for them! They are growing very well… so chubby!

yea, yea, they won’t sit for that long once they get wiser. Waste of money leh if buy 2 bumbo seats.
By the way Chinnee, I read before that a baby’s gut won’t close till they are about 6 months old, and to prevent allergy reaction to protein food etc, it is advised that solid be delayed till babies are after 6 months old. Can’t remember where I read that, but you can google on it. It was a long time ago.
Adoi!! So cute leh…..my boy’s neck is still very soft at 3.5 months. Getting a tad worried………
