First Pregnancy
As my bump was sharp forward, I thought I carried a boy during my first pregnancy. We started to call the baby in tummy “Baby Zhen” until the fifth month! (Not that I favor baby boy more, but I was hoping my girl will get a Kor-kor’s love as I do not have a big brother myself). A bit dismay when our gynae told us the baby was a girl. That means our poor girl sharing same fate as mummy.
Second Pregnancy
Waited for 3 years, and finally I was pregnant again! Was so happy, but alas the baby (singleton) does not want to stay with us. Had a miscarriage and finally it left us on the 2nd month of my pregnancy.
Third Pregnancy
Miracle happened! Shortly after “it” lef us, Baby Zhen finally came to us, but bringing another baby brother along. It is indeed a joy as there is no sign of twin history in both families.
Even though younger, QQ still gets a “kor-kor”!
QQ dream to have a kor-kor finally comes true. She kept on telling me that her “kor-kor” is in my tummy. When the twin boys were born, we call the elder twin “Kor-kor” and younger twin “di-di”.
I must surely do some memory upgrade to my computer so that I can capture all these precious moments in it.

i never hv a kor kor too and i wanted my girl to hv a kor kor but kor kor didnt want to stay on longer in my tummy…left us at 10 weeks. i was so sure “it” was a boy.
oh i share your sentiment about having a boy as first born! i am the eldest in the family too and growing up I have always longed for a bigger brother …
having twin boys … so blissful! i am so happy for you … having a korkor and titi for QQ now, i guess that completes both of your desires!
awww… that is so tosuching. It is like everything is planned by God. Well, if she wants two brother, you can actually call the elder twin ‘da ker’ (big bro) and ‘er ker’ (2nd bro). There she goes, 2 brothers. lol.

it’s like a miracle. U lost one during 2nd pregnancy and now, u got it back for your 3rd pregnancy. Seems everything has been planned by God…
Anyway, you have to correct QQ otherwise she’ll call her younger bro “Kor Kor” when they grown up.

Oh yes, QQ has a kor kor too. I hv a fren who has 2 bros (1 elder and 1 younger). But both bros call her ‘jie’.
