Wearing you tight

While waiting for my twin stroller to arrive, I was thinking of the best way to bring the babies out (I really long to go shopping!). Putting little babies in the strollers might be too trouble as they might:

  • cry as it feels insecure sitting/ sleeping while being pushed around
  • I might need to look for nursing room when I wanna nurse them

*sorry I was not wearing it right as little baby’s legs are supposed to be in the sling

Before this, I wasn’t interested in using any sling. Not until I came across this very beautiful IKEA Barnsling ring sling by Baby Wombie!

Since my babies love to cry so much, the best solution of course is to wear the babies close to my heart. With a sling:

  • I can breastfeeding discreetly in a sling
  • I easily walk everywhere with my hands free
  • my baby can feel my heartbeat and warm of mummy
  • I get to cuddle and smell my sweet smelling baby up to 3 YEARS!

Interested to get one of this very unique design sling for your darling? Do grab the limited IKEA Barnsling ring sling by Baby Wombie.

  1. Last time I also think of buying one but quite expensive….now Shannen
is 5.5 months old, don’t think she like to be sling like this anymore.

  2. babies like to be snuggled…no matter what’s their age…ring slings are good
up to 3 years or more…great great way to ensure baby always safe with us
    mummies…!
    great one chinnee…
one though…u wanna baby legs to straddle you…rather than both pointing
down and the cloth should cover the under part of the baby’s knees…
    think of a frog’s bended legs…
will show you again when i see u on 13th…

  3. so fast u kao tim that site liao ah… hahaha

  4. Hey! This is a great idea!!

  5. i think dangerous if u sling one baby n drive?????
    n i agree…sling is useful n convenient. i got one…malaysian made one..

  6. I LOVE sling. Have been using that for a long time since Brae was born. Now I use it mostly for Shay. Good for travelling….hehehhe…of course very good for discreet breastfeeding.

  7. Barnsling ring sling is ok, better don’t buy the Barnsling sleeping bag. Ikea recalls Barnsling baby sleeping bag as the fastener of the zipper could detach and be choking hazard to little kids.

  8. Congratulation!!No time on the net, so late to wish you.

Got the stroller already, where to bring the babies go?? Your sons are look alike and cute.
I very miss that time i bf my twins and very regret didnt take any bf photo of them.

  9. Wow. Is it safe to drive with them in the sling? Worry they might fling out in a sudden stop. I was lucky. Driiving in the car seat would always calm my kids down and usually put them to sleep. In fact sometimes we did little drives just for that reason alone.

But you are looking good momma of twins. Sorry I been such a stranger. Gonna try to be a little more active. *knock on wood*

Let me read some more. Have to see how Qiqi is getting along with her siblings. Also need to read if your babies are boy or girl. kekeke

  10. yes i agree that sling r reli good n convenient… we used to sling jesse wen she was younger till age 1 n now im considering getting the ring one as jesse wans me to carry her everytime we go out …very tiring la my hand

  11. I’ve nvr used a sling b4. But I’m sure babies like to be close to mummy n mummy can hv her hands free.

  12. Hey, you look good in the sling!!! I never use one before, must be something worth trying :)

  13. you look good…hope i tried using the sling when the kids were still babies

  14. To be honest, I am not paying attention to the sling, but how good you look even after giving birth to twins..!! :)
How could you stay so slim ??????? I really envy you lah !!

  15. oh nice sling and very colourful too :) hey, wouldn’t it be better to let them get used to sitting/sleeping in the car seat? they would cry throughout the journey? maybe they are not used to it yet but it’s a lot safer ….just my opinion :D

  16. slings are not meant to replace carseats for babies…still lots safer to have our babies/children in a carseat
when driving…but i dunno how u gonna do that with twins? 2 car seats too???

  17. u look good mommi! and so colorful sling u have there. hehe :) tried on krystal before, she mcam dislike jer :(
