Use of bengkung for c-sect
I was so devasted to see my big flabby stomach after the delivery of my child. Not only it is HUGE, inside is PAINFUL as well. When I walk, it bounce and bounce (which really hurts!) especially when I go up and down the staircase.
So an idea pop up with the bengkung that I have.
See my big tummy? (as if I still have a 8th month baby inside!)
Since I cannot use it to tie my tummy due to c-sect (with strings in front for a flat tummy), I had my urut lady (oh, I urut on my 5th day only on limbs and back except tummy part) tie it this way (string at the back, padded cloth in front)!
Pretty useful right?
I hope I can get back to shape naturally at least after 6-12months instead of depending on diet supplements such as Phentermine.
wuah…really looked quite big hor…sob sob sob but it takes time chinnee! perhaps after CL left & u have to do all on yr own, the weight/fat will be shed off faster !!! btw, careful of d incision…

Yeah, mine was big also still got baby inside. One of school frens I met asked how many months I’m pregnant!!
Now going to be 8 months after delivery, it’s gone smaller but still got the flabby fats…!
I regret didn’t buy the bengkung
Don’t worry, the tummy will eventually get smaller. You just gave birth to not one baby but twins, remember?
yalor u baru beranak leh, u expect terus slim meh… moreover urs is a twins nvm im sure u can slim down in no time, before u noe it u can oredi wear back ur old clothes.. continue to breastfeed
YOu had twins la! Of coz big la..sommo your bb still so small.
Continue bf and in a few months u sure will get back your slim figure.
I only bf 1 boy and i oredi back to my pre-preg weight now. U will get there even sooner.

dont worry, bet you will be slimmer than before later after the CL leave. LOL
heheh…i think once your CL has left, you will lose the weight rapidly
my advice, don’t use bengkung during your confinement, that’s what my gynae told me..

I never used any during my confinement.. arrghh.. no wonder everytime I look down my belly, hv to let out a big sigh…
haha very creative…i couldn’t tahan the bengkung cause it was so hot
like Jazzmint, I also can’t stand the hot, it caused my tummy become reddish, besides using the bengkung would hurt my c-sect wound when I sit down to bf my baby. till now my tummy still bigggggggggg
me too had big stomach after both births but after two or 3 mths later, it will get smaller definitely. but i never used any bengkuang cloth or such coz of the c section. our internal wound is still not completely heal yet and thats why u still feel the pain. my first c section took me 6 mths to completely heal internally and 3mths for 2nd c section. even i had tried urut lady once, i told her not to massage my stomach afraid of hurting the internal wound.
my advise it not to use anything for ur stomach. it will take about 2 mths for ur stomach to get smaller and its very normal 2 hv big stomach after giving birth, moreover 2 bb.
it cld be because our womb is not yet ‘kecil’ after birth, so relax la, focus on bb first and mths later once u hv established a routine then oni u think of getting back to ur pre pregnancy body.

mine also like that..bigger than urs i think…and til now (after 1 yr and 6 month of having c-sect) my tummy still big…buncit..and the tukang urut didn’t dare to urut my tummy til now…coz i still can feel the pain like ’sengal2′ whenever my tummy is touched…and as my mum said..it’s normal for mom who’s having c-sect…coz excessesive liquid can’t be dispense properly compared to normal birth….
Still early days la dearie, and as the rest have mentioned, you carried twins mah. With breastfeeding, you’ll be back to your normal weight in no time.
