Now who is who?
Many has been asking me, if I can differentiate these twins, who is kor-kor and who is di-di. I would say they look quite the same and everyone including me, hubby, CL and maid has been playing “Guessing Game” all time at home.
By looking at just one, it will be hard to tell, but if we put 2 together, their difference is obvious as they are weight 400grams apart. I was told by the doctors in the hospital that they are from the same placenta (monozygote).
Funny similarities:
- Same body and limbs pose when they sleep
- same drinking time (this is what making us crazy!)
But I tell you, anyone who take care of them will easily tell by their different behaviour such as:
Differences:
- Twin 1: Impatient (act like a pirahna when searching for mummy’s teat), wailed loudly
- Twin 2: So slow (as if does not care to bother when mummy wanna feed him), has a weaker cry
No wonder twin mummies out there are telling me that most hubbies cannot easily identify their twins are they do not take care of them like mummies

CP, you are right! Initially their ears are different but now, it almost look the same liao (as the 2nd one grows).

Aren’t they beautiful. I don’t even want to think how it would have been nursing two babies. I had a time with my one. She would stay latched on for a while.

They are gonna be sooo cute and gonna have so much fun playing switching roles with each other when they are big.

they are so cute!!! Look-alike brothers… well, I think mummy will always know who is who and don’t feel bad abuot not able to bf in 24 hours… I believe you still can do it but most of all you must take care of yourself, yeah?
What about sleeping time ? Do they wake up the same time or one sleep while the other awake…I am so kepoh hor..can’t help but really curious ;P you are really blessed to have them…

I watched a documentary about twins the other day. It’s really quite fascinating.
they are so cute… make me can’t wait to have a 3rd baby. Kylie has been asking me to make another baby until her class teacher came and asked if I am pregnant. So malu.

Do keep an eye out for No. 2 ya coz I read that twins fight for survival in the single placenta, which is why one will weigh less.
No. 1 is considered the “fitter” one coz he fights for his food! No. 2 will need Mummy’s tender, loving care to ensure he gets enough…
I can imagine you looking, touching and sniffing them periodically when they are sleeping! Sigh…I love babies! LOL

I understand how u feel about having a difficult toddler. I gave birth
in March this year and my 4 y.o daughter has suddenly became such an
unmanageable toddler. It is okay during my pregnancy! My daughter suddengly
refuse to go to school (which didn’t happen earlier), refuse to come home
(only want to stay with po po) and cry the whole day.
It was only after 1.5 months that things went back to normal. You just
have to be patient…it is also difficult for QQ to suddenly accept the arrival
of 2 new siblings. I guess QQ feeling are rather mixed up now…she loves
her baby brothers and yet at the same time, may feel neglected. Just
shower QQ with lots of love & be patient with her.
Time will make things better.

You are a heroic mom, I remember time of being pregnant myself and the 9th month has been a torture. It was so difficult to carry the weight… I can’t even imagine how strong physically and emotionally you should be to carry twice the weight…
