A so-so Mother’s Day
This is what I got for Mother’s Day. It is from my girl’s school, and this nice fridge magnet is so nicely done obviously not by my girl but a project of the school teachers for the parents. Nothing from hubby 
What did we do on Mother’s Day? Nothing much except going to my SIL’s place for lunch, nap and dinner. That’s what I did. QQ get to play with her cousin and also swim at their place while I just rest. My SIL got to do all the cooking as I am too big and unable to help much.
When we came home late at night, a close family member called up to tell me again some bad news. His wife again threatened him that she will die together with their 2 little kids (wife trying to feed the children with Panadols while the hubby challenge them to take Clorox instead)…..sigh…..not going to go into details here but this husband and wife problem has been dragging for so long, and it is almost never ending, leaving us all of us so tired at all time. Good thing that this morning I found out that the wife just ran away to stay in a hotel, for the 3rd time with her kids…..
I told hubby, that I feel really blessed that our marriage our love is still going strong. Just that he no longer pamper me with sweet words and romantic outings like New York City travel, although I wish he would.
Wonder is it so normal for husband and wife to have sour relationship like that when a marriage is still that new…..
Mother Day doesn’t need to be celebrate BIG as long as everyone is happily together to enjoy the day….for me, we just had lunch at Eden and then, watch ‘Iron Man’…ha,ha…really fun for family..
Oh No. Thats very scary. I don’t think anyone’s threat to kill themselves and their kids should be taken lightly and challenged. They just might be pushed over the edge to do it. Perhaps the wife is depressed and needs help?
Yeah, I agreed with mumsgather…. sounds scary…at the end the children ar the one wo suffers only, it’s not normal… I hope they sort things through soon…
Hmm….nothing from hubby hor… me too (material wise) but hugs and kisses a lot lahr… LOL you take care hor, i visited yr other blog, no new posting, thought you delivered already..

No matter wat’s the prob in the marriage, they shldn’t threaten each other with the kids’ lives. Hopefully those r just words of anger.

Everyday is Mother’s Day…it doesn’t have to be only one day..also no need big big celebration..As long as you know kid/s love you that is most important…
When kids get dragged into or are in the middle of problems faced by adults, its never nice and potentially damaging for them. We can only hope they will turn out fine and be resilient.
I think it’s not right to hold the kids ransom. Excuse me, but she doesn’t sound very very sane to me lor………
