Sweet from the heart
I do not know what is so special about donuts these days, and everywhere I go, I see lots of people lining up for them. I think the people introduce the donut business chain must be making really BIG BUCKS, at least with the crowd in Malaysia now.
Since the queue was short while we were at Tesco Cheras today, it’s time to get a box and taste how good these donuts really are.
Wow…not cheap also huh these donuts! We got 6 and only tried 2 of it so far. Thumbs up for the Durian Cream donut, but for the Mango flavour one, hmm….so so only lar….

Well, if you ask me, I rather eat this Cream Puff made from Alicia. She was so kind to send 6 of her homemade puffs to my house last evening, running down from the car in heavy rain some more, thanks for your kindness, Alicia. Do visit her blog for more yummy recipes!
Somehow a friend of hers got this cream puff recipe is from a Japanese lady and tell you, it taste fantastic, especially after I left it in fridge for a few hours. to my hubby, “Sorry lou kong, they were all gone when you came back home.”

I love donuts too esp with the chocolate coating and I love cream puffs too. Seems dat I love whatever dat’s eatable (heehee).
I tried to make the cream puffs but the puffs were harden after a while and like when u bite on it u’ll have to ‘pull’ away from it. Even Des said “Mommy, why so hard, ‘ngor keh nga oi lutt lor’” (my teeth is going to fall off). Hahaha. Guess there was something wrong with the ingredients.
u can follow my link for the recipe…looks pretty easy and soft too, even though i put in fridge
Tesco has gone on the donut bandwagon too eh? They look great though… Can I try some of that cream puff?
