Creamy Egg Potato Spread

Looking for some quick yummy recipe for your Sunday morning breakfast? How about something as yummy, cold and creamy for your bread and salad like the above?

I got this recipe from Selina, a dear neighbour who is best with her Signature Potato Egg Sandwich. Whenever we have a “makan-makan” (party) at our neighbourhood, we would love her to come with her super sandwich. Not only it is simple to make, it taste even better than those you buy from the store.

Tips: You can even prepare this a night before by steaming all your potato and eggs in your rice cooker! Keep this in the fridge, it taste even better the next morning!

    And Mayonaise for toddler? I dare not ler because it has raw egg.

    We normally just mash the egg with butter and some cream for Zara.
