Working with Gym ball
Ever since I got the gym ball several months back, Qiqi has been pestering me to work on it, whenever she is at home. She has got great love for balls, and will use one of her little ball, trying to do the workout with me. I am tempted to get her a real gym ball, but they are really expensive. So we are waiting to collect enough points for Sustagen Kids Club for a gym ball redemption. For the time being, dear, you just got to wait and make use of the little ball that you have at home

I put my gals on my fit ball and let them arch their backs on the ball. They love this exercise!

yah.. i try before at aerobic class many years ago… not bad.. but costly.

for me, i better avoid it otherwise i’ll have to buy double…u know lar, boys…won’t likely to share!! and i would risk them throwing the balls everywhere……. skali ‘piang’ my glass/photoframes & etc etc habislar….headache only, hehehe!!

i heard gym ball is very hard to use…too bad i didn’t learn how to use it when I used to go to the gym
