Sweat & Relax!

Every month, I would make sure that I spend some money to pamper myself, most of the time, a deep cleansing facial (as I am not blessed with good skin), or a nice hair cut at the hair saloon. I used to travel to KL for spa when I was working especially when there is a good promotion going on in the luxurious DCHL spa. Besides relaxing the tired body, heat treatments such as sauna and steam bath are actually very good to rejuvenate our tired body. It is fun to relax in the heat, while our body sweats to burn calories, thus improves our blood circulation and metabolic rate and our overall cardiovascular system.

For post natal body treatment, far infrared saunas can also reduce the ugly cellulite, which is trapped beneath our skin while improves our skin condition. By sweating profusely, all the imbedded purities and dead skin cells will be removed thus clean our clogged skin. Best part of all, a simple relaxation through sauna could soothe our body nerves and knotted muscles, leaving our body fresh and rejuvenate. To enjoy the comfort of the DIY sauna daily from home, a friend of mine even got a Carbon Fibre Infrared Sauna in her home!
